Disclosures pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG

1. EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland, has notified
us in compliance with section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting
rights in our company fell below the 5 percent and 3 percent thresholds on
October 27, 2011 and amounts to 0 percent (0 voting rights) with effect
from that date.

2. Nmás1 Asset Management, SGIIC, S.A., Madrid, Spain, has notified us in
compliance with section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
our company fell below the 5 percent and 3 percent thresholds on October
27, 2011 and amounts to 0 percent (0 voting rights) with effect from that
date.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributable to Nmás1 Asset
Management, SGIIC, S.A. in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder - whose proportion of the voting
rights in Loewe AG amounts to 3 percent or more - are attributable to Nmás1
Asset Management, SGIIC, S.A.:

EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland.

3. N Más Uno IBG, S.A., Madrid, Spain, has notified us in compliance with
section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in our company fell
below the 5 percent and 3 percent thresholds on October 27, 2011 and
amounts to 0 percent (0 voting rights) with effect from that date.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributable to N Más Uno IBG,
S.A. in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder - whose proportion of the voting
rights in Loewe AG amounts to 3 percent or more - are attributable to N Más
Uno IBG, S.A.:

EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland.
