The acquisition of Coffee Network by INTL FCStone Inc. follows the acquisition of Hencorp Futures in 2010. Both companies were previously owned by Miami-based investment banking group Hencorp Group. Coffee Network provides up-to-the-minute news and in-depth analysis to subscribers around the globe from a network of correspondents and commodity analysts located in key coffee producing and consuming regions.
Coffee Network joins INTL FCStone subsidiary FCStone Group Inc.'s existing suite of information products, eDairy for the dairy industry and Globecot News Network for the cotton industry. These services provide a unique information solution to subscribers and a competitive advantage in today's information-driven marketplace.
