Entertainment Games Announces Filing of Form 10 Registration Statement


LANGHORNE, Pa., Nov. 8, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Social and casual games developer and publisher Entertainment Games, Inc. (OTC Pink:EGAM) today announced the filing of a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Form 10 is a general form for the registration of securities pursuant to section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and will allow the Company to become a reporting company again.

The filing coincides with other news from Entertainment Games which the company announced today the launch of Retro World, a social game created specifically for the growing 40+ demographic. The filing of a Form 10 is an important step in the turnaround of Entertainment Games, which began when the company acquired Heyday Games in June of this year, and has led to the launch of its Retro World social game series and this SEC filing.
