Shopping centre Itäkeskus has chosen SRV as a project management contractor for a shopping centre renovation project. Contract with Wereldhave Finland Oy, the contractee, includes project management and construction and building engineering works of the whole renovation project. Financial value of the contract will be comprised of independently valued sub-projects, but the whole project is likely to comprise several tens of millions of euros.
Renovation works on the site have started. Project is estimated to be completed during the year 2014.
