NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 9, 2011 to suspend the trading in SAF Tehnika shares during the annual general meeting of shareholders of November 10, 2011, taking into account the application made by AS SAF Tehnika. In the application the company asked NASDAQ OMX Riga to suspend trading in its shares due to the fact that it is planned to adopt material resolutions in the annual general meeting of shareholders of November 10.
Trading is going to be suspended with the start of the annual general meeting, at 11:00 (EET), and is going to be resumed after the information on the adopted resolutions is published on the NASDAQ OMX Riga information system.
