By the resolution of the Bank’s Board dated 8 November 2011 and in accordance with LTL 200 000 000 non-equity securities programme, the Base Prospectus of which was approved by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania on 14 July 2011, the 547-day issues of coupon bonds of Šiaulių bankas AB in litas and euros, the fixed annual interest of which is 4.5 percent, are issued and their dissemination shall start on 15 November 2011. These issues will not be enrolled into trading in the regulated market.
The Base Prospectus of Non-equity Securities in the amount of LTL 200 000 000 of Šiaulių bankas and the Final Terms of the Issue are placed on the bank’s website http://www.sb.lt/en/investors/prospectus_and_reports.
