FaceTime Strategy Expands Direct Response, Tech Expertise


WASHINGTON, Nov. 14, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FaceTime Strategy announced this week that it has hired Mike Brubaker as Chief Technology Officer, Paul Watson as Executive Vice President of Direct Marketing Services and Tom Svitak as Director of Direct Sales Operations.

Mike Brubaker brings over 13 years of experience in the Information Technology field interfacing with clients like Microsoft, Walmart, Sabre, and Marriott. Most recently Michael served as the CTO for a $100M telecom firm that provides home phone service in the Southeast. In his role as CTO for FaceTime Strategy, Michael will direct all aspects of IT infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and proprietary marketing technology development.

Paul Watson brings over a decade of executive-level management experience from both profit and non-profit venues with operations domestically and abroad. Paul began his career by founding a successful telecom and consultancy firm that grew to serve clients throughout the Southeast and beyond. Prior to FaceTime, Paul served as the COO for a large telecommunications company. In his capacity as FaceTime's EVP of Direct Marketing Services, he will oversee the Direct Marketing Group of over 250 staff who focus on the design and development of insight-driven addressable campaigns for customer acquisition, retention and maximization across a national client portfolio.

Tom Svitak joins FaceTime's Direct Marketing Group as Director of Operations for its 150 seat 24/7 sales call center in Melbourne, FL. Tom has two certifications from the College of Call Center Excellence: one in Workforce Management and the other as a Director of the Contact Center.
