NASDAQ OMX Riga informs that the Financial and Capital Market Commission Official Obligatory Information Centralized Storage System contains announcement on the results of the mandatory takeover bid for AS „Olaines kūdra" shares. Financial and Capital Market Commission on September 30, 2011 decided to allow SIA "Florabalt SIA" to announce the mandatory takeover bid of AS „Olaines kūdra" shares.
According to the announcement, 6000 shares were offered at the mandatory takeover bid. After accomplishment of the mandatory takeover bid offerer SIA "Florabalt SIA" will own in total 1 661 617 AS "Olaines kūdra" shares, which in total constitutes 92.31% of the equity capital.
