APPOINTMENT OF ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL IN PROCEEDINGS REGARDING REDEMPTION OF MINORITY
SHARES IN TEKLA CORPORATION

The redemption board of the Central Chamber of Commerce has upon the application
by Trimble Finland Oy appointed a one-member arbitral tribunal in the
arbitration proceedings regarding the redemption of minority shares in Tekla
Corporation. LL.D. Pekka Timonen has been appointed as the only member of the
arbitral tribunal. The arbitral tribunal shall decide upon, among other things,
the existence of the redemption right and the redemption price for the shares
subject to the arbitral proceedings.
