RIVER FALLS, Wis., Nov. 17, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sajan, Inc. (OTCBB:SAJA) announced today that it has completed the sale of selected patents and patent applications to OLK Grun GmbH, LLC for proceeds of $600,000. The patents and patent applications sold relate to Sajan, Inc.'s Field Programmable Object Array technology. This technology was acquired in the merger with Mathstar in February, 2010. The technology sold is not related to Sajan's language translation business.
