Please be informed that JSC „Latvian Central depository” (LCD) according to the order of Latvian Financial and Capital Markets Commission No.05.06.01.201/4341 from 23 November, 2011 starting 24 November, 2011 accepts financial instruments transfers from clients of JSC „ Latvijas Krājbanka” owning or holding financial instruments within JSC „Latvijas Krājbanka” to the financial instruments accounts to another account holder.
Shareholders of AS "SAF Tehnika", who are eligable to receive dividends on November 30, 2011, in order to be able to receive the dividends on the planned date must transfer their financial instruments to another account holder till the end of the day of November 28, 2011.
