Nykredit adds a set of final terms to the "Prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre H, 18 August 2011":
1. "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre H, series 81H (floating-rate callable bonds, the amortisation of which is dependent on payments on underlying loans in other currencies subject to indexation of exchange rate differences)".
The final terms are attached to the series specified in Appendix 1.
