Closing of FAST acquisition
In continuation of the stock exchange release of 20 June 2011, the Rockwool Group is pleased to announce the entering into force of the acquisition agreement with FAST sp. z o.o. The relevant approvals are now in place and the acquired activities will be fully part of the Rockwool Group. We furthermore refer to the stock exchange announcement of 23 November 2011, Report on the first nine months of 2011 page 10.
The Rockwool Group will with the finalisation of the agreement acquire one of the leading system holders in the Polish market for external facade insulation systems, also known as ETICS, with cutting-edge capabilities within coating and plaster production as well as colouring techniques.
