Tekla Corporation applies for the delisting of its shares

Trimble Finland Oy ("Trimble Finland") has on November 25, 2011 filed its
statement of claim in the arbitration proceedings concerning the redemption of
minority shares in Tekla Corporation ("Tekla"), which Trimble Finland has
initiated in accordance with chapter 18 of the Companies Act. According to
chapter 18, section 6 of the Companies Act, if the Arbitral Tribunal considers
the existence of the redemption right to be clear, the minority shares subject
to the proceedings are immediately transferred to Trimble Finland upon the
posting of a security for the payment of the redemption price in the form
approved by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Tekla's Board of Directors has resolved to apply for the termination of public
trading in the Tekla share and the delisting of the share. Tekla has filed an
application concerning the matter with the Listing Committee of NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki. In the application, Tekla requests that the Tekla share be delisted
from the official list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki as soon as possible once the title
to the shares subject to the redemption proceedings has been transferred to
Trimble Finland in accordance with chapter 18, section 6 of the Companies Act.
