Issues with the backend system resulted in system restart affecting ITCH customers


 

Issues with the backend system resulted in a central system restart. This will trigger new messages to be sent out today affecting ITCH customers.

Those customers who have connected to the system and retrieved data will need to reset their received information in order to avoid downloading the same data again.

 

If your application was connected and received ITCH flow between 18:00-23:00 CET on Sunday then please reset the data and re-request it. Applications that haven’t been connected during this time will not be affected."
