Sweden, 2011-12-05 14:08 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

ZetaDisplay has been nominated as one of Sweden’s and Europe’s fastest growing technology companies. With growth rate of 366% during the last five years, ZetaDisplay has a position among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Sweden. This rapid growth also means that ZetaDisplay is at position 460 among the 500 fastest growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This is according to the leading audit and consultancy company Deloitte’s international rankings, presented this year for the 11th time.

The rankings include the Sweden Technology Fast 50, which announces the fastest growing technological companies in Sweden. This ranking also has a European equivalent, Deloitte Technology Fast 500TM EMEA which in a similar way classifies the EMEA (European, Middle Eastern and African) technological companies. Both rankings include both public and private businesses, and cover every type of technology, from the Internet, computers and other computerized equipment to biotechnology.

"In the last five years, ZetaDisplay has adopted a leading position in the Nordic countries within digital active media. We have introduced new technologies and expanded rapidly. We foresee continued fast growth in the coming years and also breakthroughs into other European countries.

We see our ranking in both Sweden and Europe as acknowledgement that we have had great success in promoting our digital solutions and meeting the rapid development in retail communication,” explains Leif Liljebrunn, CEO of ZetaDisplay.
