BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Dec. 6, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arcis Resources Corporation ("Arcis") (OTC:ARCS.QB) announces it has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with the Saudi Arabia-based Al Suwaiket Trading & Contracting Company ("Al Suwaiket"). The agreement covers the business development and expansion of Arcis' products, services and technology into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other members of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
