Genium INET Commodities Migration - External Test 4 update

The maintenance window in Commodities Genium INET Ext4 was used today Dec 7^th to facilitate this upgrade
Updated documentation and applications can be found on the member extranet
 

Included in the update is some final adjustments prior to the upcoming MWAT 1 on Dec 15^th and the application Clearing Workstation 2 has been upgraded. Further a non-mandatory upgrade for OMnet API omex_om.h, OMnet Message Reference and Trading workstation to support the Strip Combination functionality applicable for those using this specific functionality connectivity and protocols

The maintenance window in Commodities Genium INET Ext4 will not be used next Wednesday on Dec 14^th
