Kratos Receives $5.3 Million in Contract Award to Provide Electronic Products and Related Services to Naval Air Warfare Center China Lake


SAN DIEGO, Dec. 7, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Herley Industries, Inc. subsidiary has been awarded task orders valued at approximately $5.3 million to provide Radio Frequency (RF) Modules to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA. In addition to producing RF Modules, Herley will provide associated repair, engineering and other technical services as required. These task order awards were made as part of a multi-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded to Herley in August 2009 which has a total contract ceiling of $16.6 million.
