ITASCA, IL--(Marketwire - Dec 9, 2011) - First Midwest Bank announced that on Friday, December 2nd it completed the previously announced deposit acquisition of the former Integra Bank from Old National Bank. The acquisition resulted in First Midwest acquiring $107 million in deposits and one branch building. This action strengthens First Midwest's already strong presence in the metro Chicago counties of Cook and Will.

The branch building acquired in the transaction is located at 2320 S. Rt. 59 in Plainfield. New clients can access their accounts at this new location or at any branch within First Midwest's extensive branch network of approximately 100 locations.
