On the occasion of its annual statement Awesome Investments gives its
investor an overview of the positive development within all three areas of
their participations.

Gold 
Regarding the companies gold participation, the positive development of the
gold price, up from a January 2010 price of  1,121 USD per ounce to an
actual price of 1,879.50 USD per ounce. Hartmut Ferder (CEO Awesome
Investments) said: 'The current record result underlines once more the good
yield capacity of stakes held by our company. We could gain above average
profits from the rising gold price and from low production costs.' Based on
the good numbers the prognoses for the gold participation were renewed for
the upcoming year. The company strives to keep its gold participations in
the year 2012 and raise the amount of its currently 10 producing gold
mines. Other than many smaller mine operators, whose fate depends on one
single mine, Awesome Investments can cope with problems caused by external
factors, such as strikes or natural catastrophes in one or two mines,
causing only very small effects on the total result.
At the moment two gold participations are of special importance: Alto das
Minas in Brazil with a rise of its gold production from 17.300 to 55,800
ounces as well as the Rio Sucio mine in Peru with an increase in production
from 63.000 to 95,000 ounces.

Rare Earth 
Extraction of Rare Earth - of crucial importance for the companies overall
performance!  Awesome Investments  was able to raise its extraction areas
from four to eight estates.
Favorably the company increased their participation in this segment soon
and was able to secure delivery rights  which are supposed to be sold to
the 'WHO IS WHO ' of the economy.
Hartmut Ferder reminded of the extent strategic meaning of rare earth in
modern economy and called attention to himself and Awesome Investments by
his recent statement: 'The Middle East has the oil, we have noble earths.'
This statement, up-to-date as never before, aims at delivery bottlenecks,
currently faced by the automotive industry as well as electronic industry.
Hartmut Ferder stated further: 'We will create incentives for the
investors, however the best offer gets the acceptance of the bid.' Banks
evaluate the strategic development at reserves as an excellent course of
Awesome Investments Inc.

Solar
The third main pillar of Awesome Investments Inc., the solar industry,
could profit decisively from the advanced parliamentary elections in
Morocco, where the company holds leases for estates intended for the use of
the Desertec Solarparks.
Actually elections were due only in September 2012. King Mohammed VI. had
it postponed however after adoption of a constitutional reform in July, in
order not to come into the vortex of the revolts in Tunisia and other Arab
countries. The Justice and Development Party (PJD) came out as a winner,
aiming at a large coalition, due to not having achieved the absolute
majority. Prior to the elections the party pronounced its support to the
solar industry, which constitutes a large contribution to the economic
growth of the country.  'The European union will continue to encourage
Morocco to realize its ambitious reform agenda as well as the development
of the countries industry, particularly within the range of renewable
energies. ', High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and
Security Policy Catherine Ashton said on the occasion of the elections in
the country.
A multiplicity of areas held by Awesome Investments could be leased already
to large solar enterprises. Further is the establishment of the companies
own solar plant under way, which is presented at Intersolar air in India.

In the third quarter Awesome Investments could proceed with its positive
whole year development and shows a record net profit after eleven months.
