On December 14, 2011, Southeastern Asset Management, Inc., Memphis,
Tennessee, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
Essen, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 13, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.07% (this corresponds to
2366257 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.07% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2366257 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
