On December 15, 2011, XCOM AG, Bahnstraße 37, 47877 Willich, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Ultrasonic AG, Eschborn, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 12, 2011
and on that day amounted to 11.80% (this corresponds to 1180000 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 11.80%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1180000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from XCOM Finanz GmbH.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 11.80%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1180000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from biw Bank für Investments und Wertpapiere AG.
