to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Ultrasonic AG, Eschborn, Deutschland, have fallen below the 20% and 15%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 12, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 11.80% (this corresponds to 1180000 Voting Rights).
