NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 19, 2011, to cancelle the applied surveillance status to AS "Olaines kūdra", as the company's shareholder meeting on December 18, 2011 decided not to delist from the regulated market.
The surveillance status was assigned to the company on November 17, 2011. According to the NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules, the Exchange may assign Surveillance status if in the next six (6) months it is planned to perform activities in the result of which the financial instruments of the Issuer would be delisted.
