Dubeni, 2011-12-19 13:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of JSC „Grobina”, according to financial instruments, Market law, article 59 part (1) and part (2), point 3 and 4, informs about following proceedings and the results:
1) From 3rd December, 2011 is valid the 20th Octobers, 2011 judgement of Kurzemes regional Court, with whom was decided to reject shareholders and council members of JSC „Grobina” Janis Meijubers demanded proceeding against JSC “Grobina” about the decision annulment of extraordinary shareholders meeting convened at 30th September, 2010.
2) On 7th November, 2011 Janis Meijubers has submitted appellation about the 5th Octobers, 2011 judgement of the Court of Liepaja, with whom is decided to reject JSC „Grobina” shareholders and council members Janis Meijubers demand about the decision annulment of the shareholders meeting convened at 23rd April, 2010 on the part where censure to the chairman of the board is declared and about the demands prosecution against the board an the council of the company.
