TOMORROW FOCUS AG: Stefan Winners to resign as CEO on 31 December 2012 and
move to Hubert Burda Media as Board Member

Munich, Germany, 19 December 2011 - Stefan Winners, CEO at TOMORROW FOCUS
AG, informed the Supervisory Board today that he does not intend to renew
his contract with the company when it expires on 31 December 2012.

At that point, Stefan Winners, who took up the position of CEO at TOMORROW
FOCUS AG in June 2005, will join the Management Board of Hubert Burda Media
Holding, with specific responsibility for the Burda Digital division. In
addition to its majority holding in TOMORROW FOCUS AG and ZooPlus AG, Burda
Digital, which combines all of Hubert Burda Media's Internet-based
activities, owns the Burda Consumer Tech Group, DLD Ventures and the Burda
Direkt Group and has holding in Xing AG.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Stefan Winners for his
outstanding work on behalf of the company.

The Supervisory Board of TOMORROW FOCUS AG will make every effort to find a
suitable replacement as CEO in the course of the year.
