At that point, Stefan Winners, who took up the position of CEO at TOMORROW FOCUS AG in June 2005, will join the Management Board of Hubert Burda Media Holding, with specific responsibility for the Burda Digital division. In addition to its majority holding in TOMORROW FOCUS AG and ZooPlus AG, Burda Digital, which combines all of Hubert Burda Media's Internet-based activities, owns the Burda Consumer Tech Group, DLD Ventures and the Burda Direkt Group and has holding in Xing AG.
