(OTCBB:ESPH), a diversified water engineering, technology licensing and environmental services company, today announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Ecosphere Energy Services, LLC and WACCAW, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent, Inc. have signed a two-year contract extension for Ecosphere Energy Services to continue providing recycling services in the Woodford Shale with its patented Ozonix technology. Ecosphere and Newfield's original contract in Oklahoma was signed in November 2008.
