Bona Film Group Announces Shareholder Resolutions Adopted at 2011 Annual General Meeting


BEIJING, Dec. 20, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bona Film Group Limited ("Bona" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:BONA), a leading film distributor and vertically integrated film company in China, today announced shareholder resolutions adopted at its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Beijing on December 20, 2011.

Bona shareholders adopted the following resolutions proposed by the Company:

  1. Approval of the election of Jie Lian to serve on the board of directors for a three year term and until such director's successor is elected and duly qualified;
     
  2. Approval of the election of Peixin Xu to serve on the board of directors for a three year term and until such director's successor is elected and duly qualified; and
     
  3. Ratification of the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. as independent auditors of the Company for the year ending December 31, 2011.
