U-SEA Bulk Shipping A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 30 December 2011.
Thus, last day of trading in shares issued by U-SEA Bulk Shipping will be 29 December 2011.
The reason for deletion is that Ultragas ApS on 1 December 2011 initiated a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in U-SEA Bulk Shipping A/S pursuant to section 70, paragraph 1, of the Danish Companies Act. The shareholders in U-SEA Bulk Shipping A/S have therefore been given a 4-week period ending on 29 December 2011, to transfer their shares in U-SEA Bulk Shipping A/S to Ultragas ApS.
