Munich, December 23, 2011 - The Supervisory Board of JK Wohnbau AG has
appointed Mr. Michael Haupt (52) to be the company's new Management Board
Spokesman (CEO) with effect as of February 1, 2012. He will manage the
business together with the company's COO, Mr. Christian Dunkelberg. The
previous CEO, Dr. Josef Kastenberger, has meanwhile left the company for
personal reasons. Mr. Haupt has been active in the real estate and capital
market sectors for around 25 years, most recently as the Managing Director
of Bouwfonds REIM Deutschland.
