Matti Kavetvuo, Vice Chairman of the Board of Lassila & Tikanoja, has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. After the resignation, the Board of Directors comprises five members.
The new Vice Chairman of the Board, elected by the Board of Directors from among its members, will be informed later.
