On December 28, 2011, Altira Heliad Management GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co.
KGaA, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
voting rights on December 27, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.26% (this
corresponds to 576,110 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.22% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 571,010 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA.
