(OTC Pink:SFBE) (Borse Berlin:3SF) today announced that effective as of the opening of business on January 5, 2012, it will have completed all corporate, legal and other actions necessary to change its name to Sino Bioenergy Corp.
The Company's stock symbol and CUSIP number will remain unchanged. The new name will better define the Company's positioning as a leader in deploying and operating refuse derived waste (RDF) energy systems in China and worldwide.
Further, the Company has made significant progress in its goal of becoming current in its filings. The 2009-2010 audit currently being conducted by Malone-Bailey LLC, is proceeding as announced.
