Rights on Lloyd Fonds Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 30, 2011 and on that day amounted to 49.90% (this
corresponds to 13706717 Voting Rights).
