On December 30, 2011, AMA Capital Partners LLC, New York, USA has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Lloyd Fonds Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 30, 2011 and on that day amounted to 49.90% (this
corresponds to 13706717 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 49.90%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 13706717 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from ACP Fund V LLC.
