Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on ADC African Development Corporation
GmbH & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt/Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the voting rights on December 29, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 9.09% (this corresponds to 764,164 voting rights).
