On January 04, 2012, XCOM Aktiengesellschaft, Willich, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on ADC African Development Corporation GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Frankfurt/Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the
voting rights on December 29, 2011 and on that day amounted to 9.09% (this
corresponds to 764,164 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.09% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 764,164 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company via XCOM Finanz GmbH and biw Bank für Investments
und Wertpapiere AG.
