informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on ADC African Development Corporation GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Frankfurt/Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 25% threshold of the voting
rights on January 02, 2012 and on that day amounted to 25.25% (this
corresponds to 2,123,550 voting rights).
