Nederman acquires Lebon & Grimbrair in the Netherlands

Nederman buys Lebon & Grimbrair in the Netherlands. The two companies have
cooperated for over 40 years and Lebon & Grimbrair has been a distributor of
Nederman products on the Dutch market.

Sales in Lebon & Grimbrair was about €12 million in 2011 and the company has 53
employees.

Lebon & Grimbrair complements Nederman’s existing subsidiary in the Netherlands,
providing Nederman with a full market presence and forming a strong base for
bringing the full Nederman range of products, solutions and services to the
Dutch market.

The acquired company will be consolidated in the Nederman Group from January 5,
2012. Nederman expects that Lebon & Grimbrair will contribute positively to the
result per share during 2012. The acquisition will incur acquisition and
restructuring costs of about SEK 5 million that will be taken during the first
quarter.

long history of good cooperation I expect that we will quickly achieve sales
