3NX Fiber

Thermo-bonded Backing
Thermo-bonded, Mondo's newest artificial turf backing, uses proprietary technology to provide a dimensionally stable tufted turf without needing a polyurethane secondary backing. Instead, a dual primary backing holds the turf fibers more securely in place—40 percent better than the industry standard—so it can be handled as necessary with virtually no fiber loss. The non-stretchable backing prevents elongation or other stretching of the turf.
Inlaid Platforms
Featuring an integrated, completely flat surface, Mondo's Inlaid Platforms are made from the company's durable Sport Impact and Ramflex vulcanized rubber flooring and are specially designed to withstand heavy static and dynamic loads, such as free weights and cardiovascular equipment. The surfaces are non-porous and antibacterial throughout, so they eliminate odor and hygiene issues, and they do not require coatings or finishes. In addition, Sport Impact and Ramflex have received GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification from the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute. This means they have been tested for indoor pollutant emissions and meet strict requirements for maintaining healthy indoor air in businesses and commercial buildings.
