MOORESVILLE, N.C., Jan. 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mooresville Ice Cream Company is unveiling its brand new 15 flavor line of Southern-inspired flavors, Front Porch Carolina Churned Ice Cream, at the popular Best of Our State festival at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville next month.
Our State magazine is putting on another sold-out event January 6-8, 2012 with new and returning presenters, music, humor, history, storytelling and a brand new line of ice cream from the Mooresville Ice Cream Company that has been producing high quality, down-home ice cream in North Carolina for 88 years.

The line features uniquely crafted Southern flavors in each of these homespun recipes that will make you feel as if you are rocking on your front porch on a summer night – no matter where you might be.
Front Porch Carolina Churned Ice Cream will be available in early 2012 in grocery retailers throughout the Carolinas, as well as at Mooresville Ice Cream's very own on-premise ice cream parlor, located in the original creamery building in historic downtown Mooresville, N.C.
