Publication in accordance with § 26 section 1 WpHG 

The Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us in
accordance with § 21 section 1 an § 24 WpHG, that the share percentage of
Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany in our corporation on December
31, 2011, exceeded the thresholds of  3%, 5%, 10% and 15% and amounts to
15.8325 % (419,008 shares) on this day.
Of those, 15.8325 % (419,008 shares) must be attributed to Süd
Beteiligungen GmbH in accordance with § 22 section 1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.

To Süd Beteiligungen GmbH attributed shares are held by the following
companies which are controlled by her, whose share percentage is 3 % or
more :
* CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig, Germany
* SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH, Leipzig, Germany
