LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - Jan 6, 2012) - As a new year begins, Florida's community associations face continued challenges resulting from the state's still sluggish economy and slow-recovering real estate market. To help communities in this demanding environment, Becker & Poliakoff announced today its 36th Annual Community Association Leadership Conferences beginning January 24 to provide communities with information and advice that will help them to manage more effectively.
The half-day educational seminars draw on Becker & Poliakoff's decades of experience as counsel and advocate for communities throughout Florida and are free for association board members, property owners and managers. They will be held in 14 locations across the state.
