AB Linas Agro Group is negotiating with international chemical group OSTCHEM on selling 58.04% of shares of the Ukrainian fertilizer production and trade company PJ-SC UKRAGRO NPK.
“Strategic investor OSTCHEM is interested in acquiring 100% of shares of PJ-SC UKRAGRO NPK; therefore, all shareholders have received their proposal to buy the shares. We cannot provide any further information on the possible transaction, since negotiation process is not over yet,” said Project Director of AB Linas Agro Arūnas Jarmolavičius.
PJ-SC UKRAGRO NPK was established in 2002 in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. The company produces NPK fertilizer blends and executes wholesale and retail trade of various fertilizers, possesses fifteen fertilizer distribution warehouses. 183 people are employed by the company.
