Combitech acquires Sörman Information

Combitech, a subsidiary of defence and security company Saab, is growing with
the acquisition of consulting firm Sörman Information AB. The acquisition
provides Combitech with a more complete range of services, benefitting the
company's existing and prospective customers.

Combitech, a technical consultancy that is an independent subsidiary within the
Saab Group, has signed an agreement to acquire Sörman Intressenter AB, parent
company of Sörman Information AB (Sörman) – a consulting firm that provides
services and solutions within qualified technical information management.

The acquisition is part of Combitech's strategy to expand its range of services
and grow in the Nordic consultancy market. Following the acquisition of Sörman,
Combitech will have an annual turnover of approx. SEK 1.1 billion and 1,100
employees.

"Managing and distributing information in today's complex systems is becoming
increasingly important for many companies and public enterprises. With Sörman's
services, we will have a more complete range of services, benefitting new and
prospective customers. Moreover, the two companies are very much alike in terms
of customers, market segments and local presence, which will provide economies
of scale with regard to commitments and more complete deliveries," says
Combitech's CEO Marie Bredberg.

"With Combitech, we gain a strong and stable owner and the space to develop our
services and platforms within information management," says Hans Torin, CEO of
Sörman.

Capital, part of Investor AB, with 39 percent of shares, andSaabABwith 25
