Major shareholder announcement
Referring to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act
(Værdipapirhandelsloven), we hereby announce that Roblon A/S has been informed
by Investeringsrådgivning A/S, Østergade 27b, 1. t.v., Dk-7400 Herning that the
company controls (inclusive of the shares of Krogh ApS) a total portfolio of
shares in Roblon A/S of 23,611 shares, which corresponds to 6.6% of the share
capital and 2.75% of the voting rights.
At the same time, Roblon A/S has been informed by Danske Bank that in total
Danske Bank Group possesses 19,835 shares in Roblon A/S, which corresponds to
5.6% of the share capital and 2.3% of the voting rights.
