Changes in the Management Board of Conergy AG
In accordance with Section 105 para. 2 sentence 1 of the German Stock
Corporation Act (AktG) today the supervisory board of Conergy AG has
delegated its chairman, Dr. Philip Comberg, to the management board of the
company with immediate effect and until 31 December 2012. He will take over
the role as CEO, which has been vacant since October 2010. Alexander Gorski
will remain in charge of the operational business of the company in his
role as COO and, additionally, he will be responsible for the Conergy
subsidiaries in Europe. His tenure in office was prolonged by two years
until 31 December 2014. Furthermore, the supervisory board has appointed
Messrs. Jan Vannerum and Marc Lohoff to members of the management board of
the company with immediate effect and until 31 December 2014. Jan Vannerum
will take over the CFO function and in this role succeeds Dr. Sebastian
Biedenkopf, who will leave the company by end of February 2012 on his own
request. In the management board Marc Lohoff will from now on be
responsible for the Conergy entities in Asia-Pacific, Northern America and
the Middle East.
