Bayshore Petroleum Corp. Appoints New Director

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 13, 2012) - Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BSH) ("Bayshore" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Raymound Go as a director of the Corporation effective January 11, 2012.

Mr. Go brings 15 years of management experience to the Corporation. Mr. Go is currently the Vice General Manager of Grand Shanghai International Golf & Holiday Resort, Kunshan, China. Mr. Go has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, graduating in 1986. Resident in Hong Kong/Shanghai, and with his well rounded management experiences and educational background in various fields, sectors, and industries, Mr. Go will contribute significantly to the company in respect of assessing new business opportunities in Asia.

Stuart Chow, director since 2003, resigned from the Board effective January 11, 2012 to pursue other opportunities. The directors thank Stuart for his valued contributions to Bayshore over his months and years of service on the Board.
