Den 24 november 2011 observationsnoterades aktierna i Allenex AB (bolaget) på grund av att Xenella Holding AB, den 23 november 2011 offentliggjorde ett pressmeddelande med information om ett budpliktsbud till aktieägarna i Allenex AB. Den 12 januari 2012 offentligjorde Xenella Holding AB ett pressmeddelande med information om att anmälningsperioden löpt ut och att beslut har fattats att inte förlänga denna.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Allenex AB (ALNX, ISIN-kod SE0000619181, orderboks-ID 37656) skall tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 13 januari 2012.
On March 17, 2011, the shares in Allenex AB (the company) were given observation status due to a press release from Xenella Holding AB with information of a mandatory offer to the shareholders of the company. On January 12, 2012 Xenella Holding AB published a press release with information that the acceptance period has expired and that the acceptance period will not be extended.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Allenex AB (ALNX, ISIN-code SE0000619181, orderbook-ID 37656) shall be removed. The observation status will be removed with effect as of today 13 January, 2011.
